The Tower of London

In 1311, King Edward II was briefly imprisoned at this location after being overthrown by his wife Queen Isabella and her lover Roger Mortimer. It’s said that he was brutally murdered here, with one account claiming that they starved him to death. Since then, many have reported seeing a ghostly figure who looks like the king walking around the grounds of this infamous castle.

Danvers State Hospital

This hospital has been called “the most haunted place in America” and was closed down permanently in 1992, after a total of 153 years as a mental health facility. There have been reports of people being touched by an unseen presence, strange moaning sounds coming from the walls, and figures roaming around the abandoned corridors.

Paris Catacombs

It is said that over six million people are buried in a series of labyrinth-like tunnels located beneath Paris. The most famous part of this underground graveyard is the Catacomb of Unknowns, which contains the remains of around six million people in an area about two kilometers long. Visitors to this underground site have reported seeing dark shadows, feeling uneasy, and experiencing sudden temperature drops.

Island of the Dolls, the cursed islands

Around 50 years ago after a young girl drowned in Xochimilca Lake in Mexico. A man named Don Julian Santana started to hear whispering voices calling his name. He then discovered a doll floating on the surface of the water. Out of fear that it was possessed by the dead girl’s spirit, he hung up the doll as a way to appease her spirit. Soon after, he began finding more dolls and hanging them in the trees around his small island.

The Queen Mary

This famous cruise liner was launched in 1936 and carried notable guests like Frank Sinatra, Walt Disney, Judy Garland, John Wayne, Marilyn Monroe, and many others over the years while making international cruises. It is said to be one of the most haunted places in California. But with many guests and staff members experiencing strange things on board. Visitors have seen ghostly passengers, heard voices in empty rooms, and captured images of the paranormal using their cameras.
